January 6, 2023 – Pentagon Says Vaccine Mandate Repeal Applies To National Guard — Despite Army’s Contradicting Guidance – The Pentagon confirmed publicly that the vaccine mandate repeal applies to all members of the armed forces on Friday, despite Army guidance that appears to exempt the National Guard and reserve forces.
January 3, 2023 – GOP Reps Rip Army’s ‘Galling’ Decision Not To Repeal Vaccine Mandate For National Guard, Reserves Congress clearly intended the 2023 National Defense Authorization Act to repeal the vaccine mandate for the entire military, including the National Guard and reserves, Republican lawmakers told the Daily Caller News Foundation. December 23, 2022 – Biden Signs National Defense Authorization Act Into Law – SECDEF Austin (who has taken 4 COVID shots, had COVID twice, and has been seen wearing two face masks and a shield) argued that the mandate is necessary to protect military readiness, and he has been clear in his support for maintaining it. Still, Congress has spoken, and the department will fully comply with the NDAA, officials said (Update Jan 2 2022, the DoD still seems to be punishing those who have not taken the VAX – Congress will have to do more to restore those who have been thrown out of the service and for those still in who have been threatened with disobeying orders)

November 10, 2022 – Amthrax to COVID, Military Repeats History With COVID Shot Mandates – The Department of Defense (DOD) is now repeating history by unlawfully mandating an experimental COVID shot for military service members just as it did years ago with the anthrax vaccine.
November 2, 2022 – Coast Guard Moves to Dismiss Service Member’s Request for Relief Liberty Counsel filed a response opposing the U.S. Coast Guard’s attempt to dismiss the case of those Coast Guard (Filed 11/01/22) members who currently serve and have been denied religious exemptions from the Department of Defense’s unlawful COVID shot mandate. Liberty Counsel previously filed a motion to Judge Steven Merryday asking the court to certify the entire class and for a classwide preliminary injunction.
October 20, 2022, Coast Guard Abuse Triggers Inquiry The Commandant of the Coast Guard, Admiral Linda L. Fagan, announced her position in no uncertain terms—all service members under her command will be “100% vaccinated. Period.” - The USCG developed a digital tool designed to automatically “reject the applications and appeals” regardless of the merits of each case. This is patently abusive.

The report was sent to Congress urging an investigation into what it called illegal and fraudulent activity by the DOD. The memorandum was published by Liberty Council, a nonprofit legal group that in January maintained there was no legal COVID-19 vaccine available despite the U.S. Food and Drug Administration saying there was.

I just read this 26-page temporary injunction which was issued today by a federal judge in Texas against the military vaccine mandates. All I could think of is how the entire chain of command lacks the ability to critically think; how they haven’t stood up for the troop’s religious freedoms.
If you are in command and haven’t supported your troops, you need to reflect closely on your actions against your Soldiers, Airmen, Sailors, Marines, and Coast Guardsmen. Link to Court Order

Under Biden’s presidency, our commanders in the military are not critical thinkers, leaders, or of character. No one has resigned after the Afghanistan debauched operation. None of our leaders have stood up against the COVID mandates which are creating divisiveness in the ranks and destroying readiness.
They pit prolife Catholics and Protestants against the chain of command and they are destroying readiness by not letting those who are requesting religious and medical exemptions attend required training to maintain their proficiency.
Under the current policy of the President of the United States, those fundamental Catholics and Protestants whose conscience dictates that it is a sin to take the COVID shot will be purged from the armed services. We will be losing officers and enlisted members of the military of conscience who are just the kind of people we need to keep in the armed forces.

On September 24, 2021, a Catholic Airman in United States Air Force, who graduated from the Academy with Military, Academic, and Athletic honors, was denied a religious exemption from receiving a COVID vaccine because she was told her objection did not constitute a “sincerely held belief”[1] after she admitted taking Tylenol, ibuprofen, and other over-the-counter medications. She was told that those medications, too, had been “tested” on the HEK-293 cell line. When she asked on what basis this testing claim was being made, her superior officer provided her with a single source[2] — an article by Fr. Matthew Schneider, LC, entitled, “If Any Drug Tested on HEK-293 is Immoral, Goodbye Modern Medicine.” LINK TO ARTICLE
Archbishop for the Military Services
“No one should be forced to receive a COVID-19 vaccine if it would violate the sanctity of his or her conscience,” said Archbishop for the Military Services Timothy P. Broglio, in a statement released Tuesday.
The denial of religious accommodations, or punitive or adverse personnel actions taken against those who raise earnest, conscience-based objections, would be contrary to federal law and morally reprehensible.
Catholic U.S. troops should be allowed to refuse the COVID-19 vaccine based solely on conscientious objection and regardless of whether abortion-related tissue was used in its creation or testing, the archbishop for the military declared in a new statement supporting service members who are seeking religious exemptions.
